Bryan Daher - With over 20 years in civil construction, Bryan Daher offers a refined level of expertise across both public works and private development. His background spans underground utilities, grading, paving, construction management, and design-build—bringing a comprehensive, start-to-finish understanding to every project.

Bryan has built his career leading crews and managing projects for established general engineering firms, as well as serving over five years as a Public Works Inspector for the Town of Windsor. This combination of field experience and municipal insight allows him to navigate projects efficiently and with a high level of professionalism.

He now focuses on working with discerning clients on residential, estate, and winery projects, where quality, precision, and trust matter most. Bryan is known for his calm leadership, attention to detail, and the strong relationships he builds along the way.
